There’s no need to go on about the Ankara style being something that everyone is into now especially since the premiere of the black panther. It seems that a huge percentage of the black people in diaspora are supporting the culture by wearing dashiki’sand Kente’s. As a black person in general you need to note that Kente and Dashiki are both fabulous fabric but that’s not all we have to offer down here in motherland. There are other fabrics and interesting enough the styles that you can create using these fabrics legit bust my brain sometimes. This is probably the mainone of the reasons why we love the Ankara fabric over here.
