The former Arsenal star has struggled since his Old Trafford switch and is likely to leave United this summer.

Sanchez's departure will please a large section of the United fanbase due to the fact it will shore up a large part of the club's wage bill.

But according to Chilean newspaper El Mercurio, the attacker has not made a decision over his future and is in no rush to either.

The publication claims Sanchez has decided to wait until after the Copa America before sorting out where he will play his club football next season.

The competition takes place between June 14 and July 7, meaning the Chilean's future will not be resolved until the final weeks of the transfer window.

The Times claim United are keen to get rid - but they face a problem in trying to find a suitor willing to match his huge wage demands.

Therefore if necessary, Old Trafford cheifs will allow a temporary exit away from the club.

It’s suggested Inter Milan are sniffing around following a solid showing in Serie A this term.

United will be no pushovers, though. They want most of - if not all - of his wages covered.

Solskjaer will oversee a huge revamp in the summer with a number of first-team stars heading for the door.

“As a club we cannot carry players,” he said this week.

“Everyone has to take ownership, keep improving, show that hunger that you want to get better individually and as a team.

“I’m not just talking about Alexis. Everyone is under the same demands.

“But if we are talking about Alexis, he hasn’t been lucky with injuries.

“Since I came in, he’s had two long-term injuries and that hasn’t been beneficial to him.

“Some other players have had injuries as well. But I see the characters we have. I am looking at who we should keep, who we should move on.

“Alexis has got a fantastic talent when he’s at his best level. Now we want him performing for us.”

Meet The Man Who Sold Nigeria To The British For £865k In 1899

This is the story of the first oil war, which was fought in the 19th century, in the area that became Nigeria. All through the 19th century, palm oil was highly sought-after by the British, for use as an industrial lubricant for machinery. Remember that Britain was the world’s first industrialised nation, so they needed resources such as palm oil to maintain that. King Koko Palm oil, of course, is a tropical plant, which is native to the Niger Delta. Malaysia’s dominance came a century later. By 1870, palm oil had replaced slaves as the main export of the Niger Delta, the area which was once known as the Slave Coast. At first, most of the trade in the oil palm was uncoordinated, with natives selling to those who gave them the best deals. Native chiefs such as former slave, Jaja of Opobo became immensely wealthy because of oil palm. With this wealth came influence. However, among the Europeans, there was competition for who would get preferential access to the lucr...
