UNBELIEVABLE!! Nnamdi Kanu “Schools" Festus Keyamo As He “Exposes" Buhari Yet Again On WAEC Ceetificate Saga
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has given a reaction to the claim which was made by some top legal practitioners and the camp of the incumbent government that a Senior Secondary Leaving Certificate is not required for anyone to contest for the post of President in Nigeria.
The IPOB Leader has shared some parts of the Nigeria Constitution which proves that President Buhari and Atiku Abubakar do actually need a WAEC certificate to become President.

It has been earlier reported by DAILY POST that A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Barr. Festus Keyamo (SAN), who was the Spokesperson for the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organization, had in one of his recent tweets given an explanation that in order to occupy of the office of Nigeria’s number citizen, one does not need a WAEC certificate.
But Kanu, had during the weekend at a live broadcast from Radio Biafra, made an explaination that the 1999 constitution (as amended) does make it crystal clear that Primary 6 First School Leaving Certificate can only be applied to those who are seeking work in at the State and not Federal level.
According to Mazi Kanu, “The 1999 Constitution makes it clear that Primary 6 First School Leaving Certificate only applies to those seeking work in a State.
“Those that quoted this ‘Interpretation’ out of context to justify the ridiculously unconstitutional claim that Jubril/Bubari does not need a WAEC certificate to contest for the presidency is a disgrace to the league of Senior Advocates of Nigeria and the legal profession in general.
“This section of the constitution refers to state employees, not even federal workers and has to do with employment not running for the office of the president.
“Note, a person needs a specified qualification School Certificate (WAEC) to sit in Aso Rock, not Primary 6 First School Leaving Certificate.
“Jubril/Buhari and Atiku need WAEC to be the President of Nigeria.”
