Top 10 Young Players Looking Set For Big Transfers Including £80m Star To Manchester United And Goal Machine To Chelsea

The transfer gossip columns at the moment are dominated by some truly outstanding young players who could be poised for big moves to the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona this summer.

While top clubs are always on the lookout for the next big thing, this seems like a particularly exciting generation coming through at the moment, and many of them could be heading for Premier League clubs in the near future.

Read on for our look at the top ten young talents dominating the headlines at the moment as they look set for big moves ahead of next season…

1) Jadon Sancho

Linked with Manchester United by the Evening Standard and a host of other sources, it is little surprise to see Jadon Sancho is one of the most talked about young players on the planet at the moment.

The 18-year-old England international has been a big hit in Germany, lighting up the Bundesliga with his performance for Borussia Dortmund that could yet earn him a title.

As well as that, they could also earn him a big transfer to Man Utd in a move already potentially worth £80million, according to the Standard.

2) Callum Hudson-Odoi

Linked by the Guardian with Bayern Munich back in January, it’s clear Chelsea have themselves an elite young talent in Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Unfortunately for them, they seem to be struggling to keep hold of him as he’ll be in the final year of his contract next season.

Borussia Dortmund could also join the running for the 18-year-old’s signature as the Daily Mirror link him as their preferred replacement should Sancho join Manchester United.

3) Luka Jovic

A prolific scorer and huge talent aged just 21, Luka Jovic is another young player to look out for as transfer speculation hots up over his future.

Goal have linked the Serbia international with Chelsea in a move that makes sense for the Blues as they seek to solve their goal-scoring woes.

Gonzalo Higuain hasn’t looked the most convincing since joining on loan from Juventus, and Jovic could be the ideal long-term replacement.

4) Joao Felix

Still only 19, Joao Felix is having a sensational season for Benfica and looks the next big thing coming out of Portuguese football.

Diario Gol have been among the sources to link Felix with Europe’s elite, stating Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus are among his suitors.

It would no doubt be exciting to see if this Portuguese wonderkid can go on to replicate Cristiano Ronaldo with a move to a European super club at a young age.

5) Ryan Sessegnon

Despite a disappointing season for Premier League strugglers Fulham, Ryan Sessegnon seems firmly on the radar of top clubs after his eye-catching displays in the Championship last term.

The Daily Mirror link him most strongly with Tottenham, though Manchester United are also mentioned as admirers of the versatile 18-year-old.

Already valued at around £50m, according to the Mirror, Sessegnon is one of many exciting young English talents coming through at the moment.

6) Kai Havertz

Another exciting 19-year-old who could be heading to the Premier League is Bayer Leverkusen starlet Kai Havertz.

Linked several times with English clubs, the latest rumour is that Arsenal want him as their replacement for Mesut Ozil, according to a report from Calciomercato last month.

If the Gunners can win the race for this top talent, it could be crucial for their future as they urgently need to start building a new-look team as many of their current stars are in the latter stages of their careers.

7) Christopher Nkunku

A strong young player who’s struggled for regular playing time at Paris Saint-Germain, 21-year-old Christopher Nkunku was first linked with Arsenal by football.londonduring the January transfer window.

The Frenchman seems ideal for what the Gunners need right now, and it looks like they could be back in for him this summer, according to the Sun.

Unai Emery will know Nkunku well from his time at PSG, so Arsenal fans will hope he can work his magic on this promising young midfielder.

8) Matthijs de Ligt

Arguably the very best young player in the world at the moment, Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt is sure to follow Frenkie de Jong in leaving the Amsterdam giants in the near future.

The 19-year-old will have a long list of suitors, though Sport suggest Barcelona are lining up a move and are confident of winning the race for his signature within the next month.

Tuttosport recently also linked De Ligt with Juventus and Manchester United, and we’d love to see him try his luck in the Premier League.

9) Leon Bailey

Despite going slightly off the boil in the second half of this season, 20-year-old winger Leon Bailey has looked hugely impressive at Bayer Leverkusen.

It was claimed by the Metro earlier this season that Chelsea had made an approach for the Jamaica international, and he could be an ideal replacement if Eden Hazard does end up leaving.

A free-kick specialist and highly entertaining player to watch, Bailey surely has a big future in the game and could surely add something to most top PL clubs.

10) Tahith Chong

One of the most promising talents coming through at Manchester United, Tahith Chong has been eased into the first-team a little more this season.

However, he could be on the move this summer on loan, according to the Sun, and would be a fine signing for whoever gets him.

MUFC fans would surely be eager to see how Chong does with more regular football elsewhere, and he’ll be one to watch if he does get a temporary move away from Old Trafford.

Air Peace De-board Passenger For Asking Attendant To Translate Safety Instructions To Igbo Because 'He Does Not Speak English'

Iwarah declared that his de-boarding was necessary in a bid to guarantee the safety of its crew and customers and said it would not tolerate an act that would jeopardise safety on any of its flights. A passenger with Air Peace was today de-boarded by the airline over claims that he could not communicate in English during safety briefing. The passenger identified as Mr. Christopher Aniagboso told the cabin crew to translate the safety briefing for passengers in the over-wing exit seats in Igbo language and not English as is the standard. The airline in a statement by its spokesman, Mr. Chris Iwarah, said that other passengers around him offered to translate what was being said in English to him, but he insisted that the crew must brief him in Igbo language. Besides, Iwarah said that efforts to relocate the unruly passenger from his seat to the other proved abortive despite the intervention of the cockpit crew. He, however, said that the passenger who had earlier on May
