Chelsea have no plans to let go of star man Kante this summer.
The Frenchman’s happiness at Stamford Bridge appears to be up for debate having been deployed in a different role by Maurizio Sarri this season.
The World Cup winner has been used in a more attacking role, on the right of the Blues’ midfield three, with playmaker Jorginho replacing him in the defensive role.
But despite moving him out of his favoured role for a year, Chelsea clearly have no plans to sell him.
Eden Hazard is expected to make the move from west London to the Bernabeu in the near future.
The Belgian has excelled for the Blues this season.
But his desire to move to the Spanish capital appears to outweigh Blues bosses wishes to keep him.
And Stamford Bridge bigwigs are desperate not to let the same thing happen to N’Golo Kante.

According to Spanish outlet OKDIARIO, Chelsea have told Real they will have to fork out a whopping £129m for the player’s signature.
Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is thought to be desperate to bring Manchester United ace Paul Pogba in this summer to shore up his midfield.
But the Bernabeu legend also knows that he could do with bringing in a quality anchorman, with Casemiro the only defensive midfielder currently on their books.
However, Real have a back up should they be unable to find the cash to splash on Kante.

That man is Tanguy Ndombele.
The 22-year-old Lyon star is a wanted man amongst Europe’s elite, having impressed for Les Gones this season.
Real see the France international as a budget-option to bolster their midfield, with Ndombele likely to cost significantly less than Kante.
Their plight will no doubt be helped by the close relationship of the club presidents - Florentino Perez and Jean-Michel Aulas.
